Our goal is simple: if you don’t love your SENZY purchase, we want to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?

Reach out and we’ll do our best to help get you sorted out quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
